Classmates.com fails in many ways. First, I legally changed my name in 1975 from "Craig Alan McKusick" to "Alán Alán Apurim", but Classmates tells me the "first name [Craig] is not valid" when I try to list the former name so people attending in the mid-1960s will remember me as the pioneer marathon runner (I ran to a football game in Ysleta, and back. three TV stations, ran the length of 3/4 of El Paso's streets, I totaled 20,000 kilometers in four years with a longest non-stop run of 58.6 km in four hours, six minutes). I don't like Classmates no-alternative insistence on requiring a sharing of my Facebook profile. And, after all these years since I registered, they still haven't come up with a 1966 yearbook!
